10 things to pay attention to when choosing a tour

Choosing a tour often starts with finding the lowest price, but two offers at the same price can be very different from each other. The checklist below will help you decide. 1. Read what is included in the price Check whether airfare, hotel, transfer, meals, insurance and excursions are included in the price. A "starting price" usually shows the simplest option. 2. Clarify who the price is for Is the price calculated per person, or per person in a double room? Is there a separate price for a child? 3. Look at the dates and duration "7 nights / 8 days" and "8 days" are not the same thing: the first and last days are often spent travelling. Ask about the flight times. 4. Check the airfare and baggage Are hand luggage and checked baggage included in the price? If there is a connecting flight, how long is the waiting time? 5. Research the hotel Are the hotel's name, star rating, location (distance to the sea and the centre) and meal type (breakfast only, half board, all inclusive) stated? Also check the photos and user reviews on independent sources. 6. Learn about the visa and documents Is a visa required for the country you are going to, and how long must the passport be valid for? Rules can change, so check with an official source. 7. Ask about the cancellation and refund terms If you cancel the reservation, how much of the money is refunded? Is it possible to change the date? 8. Get to know the company Does the company have a website, address and contact number? Look at the reviews of previous customers. On Tur360, the "verified company" mark indicates companies checked by the administration. 9. Make the payment secure Make the payment on the company's official website or official account, and get a receipt or contract. 10. Don't forget insurance Medical insurance is important when travelling abroad. Read what cases it covers. On Tur360, offers are gathered in one place. The price and terms should always be confirmed on the company's own website.
